The Mind & Sole Competition Team, sometimes referred to as "Company", is a traveling competitive dance team for dancers 4-18 years old with previous dance training. The team consists of hard working girls from Carthage, Illinois and the surrounding communities including Hamilton, LaHarpe, Dallas City, Bowen, and Keokuk, Iowa just to name a few.

There are currently two branches of our team: Lil Soles and Company. Lil Soles is for 4-5 years olds and is a great introduction to the competition world. Lil Soles will travel to two competitions and will perform at team showcase, recital, and nationals if the team attends that year. Company is for all other team members.

Being a part of the team is a huge commitment and requires weekly training in the studio. The team travels to 4-6 competitions throughout the season and sometimes to nationals in the summer too. If your dancer is ready to take their confidence, hard work, and performing to another level, we would love for them to tryout for team.
